Matthew Simonson is the student governor of North Carolina and a political science student at Campbell University. An Eagle Scout and lifelong advocate for civic engagement, Simonson has worked to expand opportunities for bipartisan debate and leadership development among college students across the state. Simonson plans to attend law school and pursue a career in public service.
