Martez Hill is the CEO and superintendent of North Carolina Cyber Academy, one of two statewide virtual charter schools.

NCCA offers individualized, K-12 education and is attended by students across 96 counties.

Prior to leading NCCA, Hill has had extensive experience in North Carolina education policymaking, from supervising the NC State Board of Education’s strategic communications and policies, to overseeing initiatives and programs aimed at increasing educational access.
