Lauren is the associate director of operations for EducationNC.

Lauren grew up in Mills River, North Carolina, and attended West Henderson High School. She graduated from Catawba College with a bachelor’s degree in History and Spanish. She is currently pursuing her MBA at NC State University.

Lauren has over 15 years of operations and data analytics experience working with foundations, non-governmental organizations, research organizations, and educational institutions in Costa Rica, Spain, Brazil, and across the US, including North Carolina organizations such as Durham Connects and Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
