Laura G. Knapp directs evaluation and the study of educational equity in the Education and Workforce Development division at RTI International. She also leads the Regional Education Laboratory Southeast’s Measuring Success Through Competency-Based Learning Research Alliance. Her work focuses on improving student success in preparing for college and career, personalized learning, competency-based education, and identifying strategies that facilitate access to high quality education programs for disadvantaged children, youth, and adults.
