Kylee Maarschalk


Kylee Maarschalk is an Ohio native and an English teacher at New Hanover High School in Wilmington, North Carolina. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrated Language Arts from Malone University in Canton, Ohio. She then spent her first three years as an educator at Brunswick Early College High School and began at NHHS in 2013 at the start of her fourth year. She earned her National Board Certification in 2019.

Maarschalk is a part of UNCW’s Master Teacher program and is a part of the NHCS Emerging Leaders through which she continues to contribute to growth through collaboration to enhance opportunities for all teachers in New Hanover County Schools and across the state of North Carolina.
