Kim Sepich, Ed.D., is the director of executive leadership programs at the Belk Center. In this role she provides provide leadership and management for the Presidents’ Academy, Trustees Institute, executive credentialing programs and related professional development for community college leaders. She earned her Ed.D. in Education Leadership from Appalachian State University and has served NC community colleges for more than 20 years in both academic and student services roles at Forsyth Technical Community College, Davidson County Community College, and the NC Community College System.
