Kenneth L. Ender

Kenneth L. Ender, Ph.D., currently serves as Professor of Practice in the Belk Center for Community College Leadership at NC State University. Ender previously served as President Emeritus of William Rainey Harper College in Illinois from 2009-2019 and President of Cumberland County College in New Jersey from 1998-2009. He served in senior leadership positions at Richland Community College in Illinois and Cuyahoga Community College in Ohio. Ender presently serves as a Coach for the Achieving the Dream Network and Mentor for the Aspen Fellows Program. He has been continuously employed at an institution of higher education since the fall of 1972.
