Julian Rios is a junior at Orange High School in Hillsborough. He is an active member of the OHS Student Government and a tenor in the school’s advanced choral department. Rios has been part of panels within his school and with other school districts, to speak about his experience as a minority in Advanced Placement classes. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and making music. Rios plans on going to college and strives to make the change he wants to see in the world.
