Joni Allison is the instructional coach for Rugby Middle School and West Henderson High School in Henderson County. She was a 2013-14 Kenan Fellow and served as an instructional and professional development expert for the Governor’s Teacher Network in 2014-2015. She is a NC Teacher Voice Fellow with the Hope Street Group.
