Jemilia S. Davis, Ph.D., is director of strategic initiatives and external relations at the Belk Center. She provides critical support for advancing the center’s strategies that reflect the complex intersection of research, executive leadership, and student success outcomes across community colleges. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Human Development (Higher Education program area of study) at NC State and has worked in academic advising and student affairs prior to joining the Belk team.
