Emily Harrison lives in Asheville, is mom to two boys, an ambassador for ScreenStrong, and a leader of a ScreenStrong Group for parents. ScreenStrong is an initiative of Families Manage Media, a national organization whose purpose is to educate the public on the dangers of childhood screen addiction and to provide solutions for families to prevent addictive screen use. Harrison is also a member of the Children’s Screen Time Action Network. The network works to reduce excessive screen use in childhood. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Buncombe County.
