Devan MacKenzie is a former middle school English/language arts teacher, teacher mentor, cheerleading coach, and athletic director. Recently moving to North Carolina to pursue her degree in educational equity at N.C, State, MacKenzie is interested in researching school discipline policy, ways to support students in recovery, and preservice teacher training.
