Cyndi Soter O'Neil

Cyndi Soter O’Neil is the Senior Policy Analyst for the ChildTrust Foundation. O'Neil began her career as a high school English teacher in Charlotte-Mecklenberg Schools and has spent the past 15 years working in public education advocacy, policy, and engagement. She earned degrees in education and journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill and in magazine studies from Cardiff University.
