Dr. Crystal Barnett is the assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction for Pamlico County Schools and a former school principal. She earned her doctorate in educational leadership at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where her research focused on crisis leadership and how school leaders learn and grow through high-stakes experiences in Title I schools.
