Constanza Gómez-Joines

Dr. Constanza Gómez-Joines was born in Lima, Peru, but considers Argentina her home. At the age of 13, Gómez-Joines moved to Miami, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University with a double major in French and German Literature. She then was admitted to Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Masters and a PH.D in Comparative Literature. Currently, Gómez-Joines serves as the Assistant Vice President and Executive Director for The Center for the Global Learner (CGL) at Durham Technical Community College.
