Chase Cofield is a senior at UNC-Chapel Hill majoring in journalism with a focus in photojournalism. Chase is a staff photographer for The Daily Tar Heel and Coulture Magazine at UNC. He has even had photos published on INDY Week. Chase hails from Raleigh, NC where he attended Wakefield High School. Chase covers a wide variety of topics with his photography and is just as interested in covering the big stories as he is with the little ones. Outside of journalism, Chase is a DJ for UNC’s radio station, WXYC 89.3 FM, where he works as specialty show coordinator for the program “New Science Experience,” which features live mixes from radio DJs.
