Callee Boulware

Callee Boulware has been the Executive Director of Reach Out and Read in South Carolina since 2001, and has lead the two-state Carolinas region since 2010. Over the past 17 years, she has expanded the number of ROR programs to more than 425 clinical locations across the region with approximately 290,000 children served across North and South Carolina. ROR Carolinas works with more than 1500 providers to serve children and families living in poverty across the region. Callee leads a staff of 12 committed ROR Carolinas team members, and works with the ROR Carolinas Board as well as the Reach Out and Read National Center.

Boulware received her MBA from the Moore School of Business at USC and is deeply committed to making Reach Out and Read a strong, sustainable reality for all children across the Carolinas. She is also a member of Leadership NC Class XXIV, an Advisory Board member of Capita, and a Riley Institute DLI graduate.
