Annie Jonas, Ed.D. is the program manager for Resilient Afterschool Programs with the NC Center for Afterschool Programs where she leads the WNC After 3PM Collaborative that brings together after-school professionals from 18 counties in Western NC. Jonas has served as an educator and education leader in schools, non-profit programs, after-school programs, and in higher education for 30 years.
