Aleisa A. Baker is in her 27th year as the choral director at TC Roberson High School, in Asheville, NC.  In addition to her responsibilities as choral director, she also serves as the drill designer and colorguard instructor for the TC Roberson Marching Band as well as directs the spring school-wide musical.  She currently serves as the Chair of the High School Choral Section for the North Carolina Music Educators Association.
