- The short session starts this week. Legislators will take up revisions to the 2018-19 budget and mostly bills that survived crossover during the long session
- Horn says lawmakers plan only to tweak the budget and don’t intend to consider any new policy beyond what is already in the budget or in bills that remain up for discussion
- Horn says he is hopeful that the General Assembly will clear out by the middle of June
