Ann McColl is an attorney practicing in the field of education law since 1991. Ann served as an associate professor of educational leadership at the UNC Charlotte College of Education from 2002 to 2009. Ann also has served as visiting and adjunct associate professor of public law and government at the School of Government at UNC Chapel Hill. Ann then became immersed in education law and policy, serving as legislative director for the State Board of Education and then as general counsel for the North Carolina Association of Educators. Ann has returned to private practice and is an attorney at Everett Gaskins Hancock.
