From birth to career: myFutureNC Asheboro listening session

The myFutureNC commission held its final summer listening session in Asheboro on July 18. The commission has been tasked with setting a postsecondary attainment goal for North Carolina, which refers to the percentage of residents with certifications beyond high school. At each listening session, community members are encouraged to share their thoughts on the state’s education system with stories from their classrooms, places of business, and more.
